CAL FIRE and McCauley Ranch have conducted a controlled agricultural burn near Cedarville.
"This controlled burn is an essential part of our fire prevention and management strategy," said CAL FIRE spokesperson. It helps reduce the amount of combustible material in the landscape, which can mitigate the intensity and spread of wildfires.
The burn is part of a larger effort to foster a healthier, more resilient ecosystem and protect local communities and resources.
