HARTFORD, Conn. — A Durham doctor Hand overed her medical license Friday morning amid accusations that she distributed fraudulent COVID-19 vaccine and masks exemptions.

After receiving an nameless tip this summer time, the Connecticut Division of Public Well being had been investigating the doctor, Dr. Sue McIntosh, for mailing exemption notes to anyone who requested, with out having met them or reviewed their medical data.
