EPA Grants RFS Exemptions, USDA Introduces New Rancher Initiative

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted exemptions from the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program, while the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has unveiled a new initiative to support ranchers.
