MO pork industry remains vibrant
Carah Hart reports that the Missouri Pork Association's executive director notes the state's industry is smaller than its historical peak in 1944 (5.4 million pigs), but remains vibrant and provides good value at grocery stores. Missouri is the seventh largest pork-producing state in the U.S.
