SLO County Agriculture Hits $1 Billion for Fifth Consecutive Year (KEYT)
San Luis Obispo County farms, ranches, and vineyards generated more than $1 billion in agricultural production in 2025, according to data presented by County Agricultural Commissioner Martin Settevendemie at the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors meeting.

- Top Commodities: Strawberries remained the county’s most valuable crop, followed by wine grapes and cattle and calves, accounting for over 53% of total agricultural value.
- Record Fruit and Nut Sector: The fruit and nut sector achieved its highest total value in five years, exceeding $649 million.
